ZAULED makes people’s working and personal lives better by focusing on areas that deliver the most value. ZAULED solves clients’ workflow challenges with ZAULED Workflow Coaching. This results in clients saving TIME, MONEY and STRESS allowing them to deliver on the promises they make to their internal and external customers.

Our Name
ZAULED was formerly known as The Workflow Group. When Saul Ireland set up The Workflow Group in 2005 and began working with executives to improve their work effectiveness and efficiency, he was so successful that the business grew rapidly by word of mouth. Customers began to refer to having been Sauled which, with a New Zealand twist, gradually became ZAULED.
So when rebranding of The Workflow Group became necessary to allow us to address emerging international demand, the name ZAULED stood out as meaning just what it had been invented to mean – trained in the highest levels of work management effectiveness and efficiency.

Saul Ireland
Saul Ireland is the founder and director of ZAULED Ltd. He has completed thousands of hours with hundreds of clients implementing ZAULED Workflow Coaching across a wide range of roles, industries and situations.
Saul has more than a decade of experience working in business process, project, and supply chain roles for a diverse range of organisations in NZ and the UK. Saul’s experience also includes setting up, operating and selling a successful Indoor Sports business in Auckland.
Saul developed Workflow Coaching after seeing the need for individuals to become more effective in order for organisations to achieve their goals. He drew on his background in management systems to develop and apply these techniques to individuals and teams.
Saul has worked with many job roles from CEO’s, middle managers and specialists, through to PA’s and general administration staff.
Saul holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S) -1st Class Hons - Majoring in Management Systems (University of Waikato). Saul has travelled extensively to over 40 countries, with his favourite place to live being where he is right now - New Zealand.
Nikki Topp
Nikki Topp is a director of ZAULED who delivers Project Management Solutions to clients. Nikki has over a decade of project management experience across Telecommunications, FMCG, Health, and Energy sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
